Raw strength is just that, a small group (no more than 8 athletes) strength class geared towards helping people build stronger versions of themselves. The program is centered around classic barbell movements, power-based lifts, and proven strength methods.
Since technique is synonymous with success, it is placed at a premium, and workshops are implemented to increase the abilities of each athlete.
